El Loto Restaurant
The name Loto in Spanish means “Lotus”, a flower that has long been considered the national signature of Vietnam because of its bright, noble and pure beauty. Inspired by these ideals, the Loto restaurant not only brings a classy and sophisticated buffet dining experience, with more than 100 European – Asian delicacies and fresh seafood caught in the bay, but also raises the bar with top-notch art and entertainment that brings together famous local and international brands. The modern interior and smart layout allow up to 200 diners to enjoy delicacies from all over the world and admire the unique landscape of the world heritage site through the transparent, arched glass doors that embrace the restaurant. During the evening cruise, you can also enjoy a French-style canapé party with delicately presented snacks and eye-catching cocktails and juices at the restaurant.
El Jazmín Restaurant
In Spanish, Jazmín, or jasmine, is often associated with fine words praising the sweet fragrance and noble temperament of the flower. Perhaps that’s why the most popular flower in the country of flamenco is named Royal or Catalan jasmine, which has been an important ingredient for the perfume industry since the 16th century. With this flower’s beautiful and aristocratic beauty, the Jazmín restaurant is exquisitely designed to provide an upscale dining experience space according to eight menus. It also has a curved glass dome that embraces the entire restaurant, and Jazmín, located on the 2nd floor of the cruise, offers a beautiful panoramic view of the wonder bay Halong.
